Spring Fitness

NEW PROGRAM BEGINNING MAY 3rd, 2022



Expanding our offerings, we have added AM Fitness to our repetoire. This NEW class, taught by Carrie, welcomes parents with babies in arms up to preschool aged children to play around while you get a workout! Her passion for movement and to motivate those around her is what drives her every day.

Carrie started attending Boot Camp classes when her youngest of 3 kids was 18 months and she never looked back. Falling in love with meeting people of the community who value physical & mental well-being. Working out with friends is not only fun, it's motivating and helps you meet your fitness goals. She enjoys hiking, biking and running but to stay strong and injury free strength training goes a long way to assist you in living your best and most active life.


Meet us on Tuesdays, Thursdays (or Both) from 9:15 - 10:30am for a well rounded fitness program. Bootcamp and Reset incorporates strength and mobility. Carrie will guide

you through a 45 min total body workout using equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, mini bands and pilates balls to get your heart pumping and muscles activated. The workout combines strength training with cardiovascular exercises with lots of options to modify based on your needs. The last 15 minutes of the workout will be a gentle yoga to assist in recovery and focus on mindful movement.
